Disable tracking for GDPR

While tracking allows us to provide more insights for your campaigns, you can also turn off tracking for various services.

Keep in mind that email tracking status can't be modified. This means that if you have created a survey with disabled email tracking, the only way to get around tracking limitations is to replicate it as a separate survey with tracking turned on.

Review Requesters

  • Email Tracking - If turned off, we will not track if recipient has opened or clicked on your email.

Interview Requesters

Surveys

  • Store IP Address - Turn off if you do not wish to track survey respondents ip address.
  • Store Location Information - Turn off if you do not wish to track survey respondents location information (country and city).
  • IP Anonymization - If you are storing respondents IP address, you can turn on IP Anonymization and we will replace the last octet with 0. For example, 192.168.100.25 becomes 192.168.100.0.
